Are you a journalist seeking comments from TUBA? We’re happy to grant interviews on our key issues and professional fields. We’d also be happy to help you find cases of people who have grown up in families with substance abuse.

TUBA stands for “Terapi og rådgivning for Unge, der er Børn af Alkohol- og stofmisbrugere”, which is Danish for “therapy and counseling for young people who are the children of alcohol and drug abusers.”
TUBA offers free and anonymous help to young people ages 14 to 35 who have grown up in families with alcohol or substance abuse. TUBA helps young people through therapy, online counseling, instruction, and courses.
TUBA has branches throughout the country, where we offer services like one-on-one and group therapy, as well as evening events with entertainment or socially relevant content.
TUBA also holds courses for professionals and customer-facing staff, school presentations, and a yearly conference for professionals who work with young people failing to thrive.
